Tsubakino is a very outspoken and confident person. He is quick to dote on others and takes on an older sibling role when talking to his kouhai, particularly to Shizuka. Much like the rest of his peers, Tsubaki is empathetic and quick to help others, he believes in giving people second chances to change. He is highly optimistic, yet regard people with severity if they anger him.
