Show Higashiyama

Also known as: akili (アキリ), Quasar (for his music)

Twitter: @akilim85000
Instagram: @aklkwl

Both of these accounts are only related to his works published on Shogakukan under the Akili pseudonym like Stretch, Vampeerz and Undark. He used to have another Twitter account, but that one had become 'disenfranchised' and abandoned - subsequently deleted- when he started publishing Vampeerz.

His blog was still more or less the same -read: unchanged- for a few years, but it has had some activity in recent years (since late 2022). It is mostly related to his works published under the name Higashiyama Shou/Show/Sho -his NSFW titles. (since 2026 however, he has been advertising both his SFW titles, like Vampeerz, and his NSFW titles on his blog).

Since 2022, he has opened both a Pixiv account and a Fanbox account for his NSFW artwork, as wel as a Skeb account where he takes commissions.

Next to that, he has also maintained a webpage for his manga tilte 'Implicity' since 2018 (most recent update jan 31 2025). (https://implicity-jp.tumblr.com/tagged/news).

With regards to his 'SFW-titles' (Vampeerz, Stretch and Undark), he has also opened a Pixiv account (https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/59757236), and a Fanbox account (https://akilim85000.fanbox.cc/), as wel as a Booth shop (https://akilimall.booth.pm/) where he sells merch (prints, t-shirts and other merch) related to Vampeerz and his other SFW manga titles. (some of the merch can also be bought on his SFW Fanbox account).

Lastly, since recently (presumably 2024), he also has a new homepage (in Japanese), which also gives some basic bio info : https://www.akilim.com/

He is from and currently resides in Shimane Prefecture.
